Unimed, a supplier of medicine and equipment for merchant ships, has completed the acquisition of Elssi Maritime
Elssi provided drug and alcohol testing in Greece and Cyprus to the maritime industry. Unimed integrated Elssi’s offerings into the technology platform. The combined company served more than 18,000 vessels. Panagiotis Stamatopoulos joined Unimed as a managing director.
