United Airlines confirmed it expects to take delivery of over 250 new aircraft by April 2028. The total includes 47 Boeing 787 9 with 33 configured with additional premium seats 58 Airbus A321 200NX including 40 in Coastliner configuration 28 Airbus A321 200NY XLR and 119 Boeing 737 MAX. The A321neo Coastliner and A321 200NY XLR feature all aisle access lie flat seats in United Polaris.
The deliveries continue the United Next growth strategy launched in 2021. The plan creates a more consistent premium onboard experience. United takes all aircraft deliveries expected for the next few years.
