
The USA’s National Travel and Tourism Office expects 77.1m international visitors to the United States in 2025, marking an increase from 72.4m in 2024 and keeping its position as the third-most visited country in the world after France and Spain.
Visitor arrivals are projected to reach 85m in 2026, exceeding the 2019 level of 79.4m, with China growing by 38.9pc and Japan by 17.9pc, and Brazil by 9.3pc.
A target of 90m international visitors is set for 2027, with anticipated spending of $279bn in that year. The forecast includes data from 2019, 2023, and 2024, with predictions extending to 2029.
