Royal Caribbean International’s new build Utopia of the Seas is undergoing five days of sea trials after departing from Chantiers.
The new ship is scheduled to debut in Port Canaveral, Florida, in July 2024.
More than 900 experts are on board Utopia to conduct tests and inspections across various areas to ensure smooth sailing.
The sea trials will cover more than 1,000 miles and test the ship’s navigation systems, engine performance, and other technical checks.
