Vision of the Seas latest ship to relocate to Norfolk, Virginia after bridge collapse

Due to the closure of the port of Baltimore, Royal Caribbean International’s Vision of the Seas is relocating temporarily to Norfolk, Virginia for upcoming cruises.

Norfolk was chosen as the new homeport for the vessel’s cruises originally scheduled to depart from the Cruise Maryland Terminal, due to safety concerns following a recent bridge collapse.

Passengers must proceed directly to Norfolk for check-in procedures, adhering to their designated arrival times for the April 4 departure.Royal Caribbean will assist passengers impacted by flight and transfer changes, covering change fees up to $400 for international changes, with reimbursements for new travel purchases eligible for up to $200 per person
