Yotel comes to Ireland with Belfast Shaftesbury Square to open in 2026

Yotel has announced plans to open its first Irish property in Belfast, located on Shaftesbury Square, with an expected opening date in late 2026.

The hotel will feature 165 rooms equipped with YOTEL’s signature SmartBed and Urban Jungle amenities, along with a dynamic food and beverage concept, a fitness center, and meeting space.

The development is pending planning approval, with construction anticipated to begin next year.

Yotel currently operates 23 properties globally, split into three brands, and Yotel; Belfast will be the 35th hotel in its portfolio, contributing to a total of nearly 8,000 keys.
