Otterbank Brewing in County Donegal functions as a brewery with blending activities. It produces craft beers with its chief products including ales and blended expressions with a USP in its focus on brewing and blending operations.
Errigal Brewery in Annagry operates as a microbrewery. It produces craft beers with its chief products centring on local styles with a USP in its location along the Wild Atlantic Way and small-scale production.
Crolly Distillery in the Gaeltacht area commenced as a small-batch operation. It produces premium Irish whiskey with its chief products including Croithlí expressions double-distilled and matured in oak casks with a USP in the use of direct fire distillation pristine Donegal water and local ingredients for bold flavour.
Sliabh Liag Distillers at The Ardara Distillery in Ardara began in 2014 as the first distilling company in the county for over 175 years. It produces Irish whiskey and gin with its chief products including Silkie whiskey and An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin with a USP in its maritime-influenced and peated whiskeys alongside gin production on the banks of the Owentocker River.
The Muff Liquor Company in Muff produces spirits. Its chief products include potato gin potato vodka and peat-smoked whiskey with a USP in the use of local potatoes for gin and vodka alongside peat influence in whiskey.
