Visit Belfast launched a new food and drink brand position at the Waterman restaurant, aiming to enhance the city’s gastronomic tourism and attract more visitors.

This initiative aligns with the New Horizon Strategy 2024-2027, which seeks to promote Belfast as a culinary destination, highlighting the city’s Michelin-starred restaurants, Bib Gourmand awards, and independent eateries.

Food and drink contributes approximately 35pc of total visitor spending and supports over 19,000 jobs in the tourism sector, emphasizing its importance in attracting visitors.
