Accor has revealed plans to open three new ibis properties in Madrid this year, including ibis Styles Madrid Airport Valdebebas, set to launch in March 2025 with 260 rooms and amenities like a restaurant and rooftop pool.
The second property, ibis Madrid Norte Las Tablas, is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2025, featuring 148 rooms over five floors in the Madrid Norte regeneration area.
The third hotel, ibis budget Madrid Albasanz, will be located in the Julián Camarillo business park and is set for the fourth quarter of 2025, with a total of 101 rooms.
Currently, Accor’s Spanish portfolio consists of 96 hotels, and the company has an additional 11 properties planned for opening within the next three years, including the upcoming Fairmont La Hacienda Costa del Sol, scheduled to debut next month.
