The last week in June has experienced a 10pc rise in early-morning departures compared to the same time last year as passengers at Dublin Airport faced delays during peak travel times, especially for early-morning flights.

The service aims to streamline the check-in process and reduce wait times for travellers.

Dublin Airport’s Terminal 2 is a key hub for Aer Lingus and serves a high volume of passengers during the summer season.

Aer Lingus is advising passengers to check in their bags the evening before travel due to an exceptionally busy period.
