AerCap and Air France Industries KLM have announced plans at the Paris air show to forge a LEAP engine leasing joint venture in support of AFI KLM E&M’s MRO customers globally

The collaboration aims to manage a fleet of CFMI LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines, ensuring seamless operations for Airbus and Boeing fleets during maintenance

This venture seeks to enhance combined expertise in engine leasing and MRO services, offering extensive support to customers in the aviation industry

Anne Brachet shared, “In a LEAP spare market where access to spares will be key for operators, by pooling our respective strengths in engine leasing and MRO services, we are enhancing our ability to support LEAP engine operators”
