Riviera Travel is restructuring its Trade team to enhance its support for travel agents. Amanda Docherty is appointed as Head of Trade England, succeeding Vicky Billing, with over 30 years of industry experience.
The introduction of new roles aims to improve account management and specialisation within the trade team. Claire Hills and Lloyd Morris are promoted to Strategic Account Managers, enhancing key account partnerships.
The company continues to focus on building strong relationships with agents while investing in its team for future growth.
