
Azamara Cruises is opening a new call centre in England to provide in-market support for guests and travel agents starting in June 2024.
The call centre aims to increase productivity and efficiency of inbound calls, enhancing agent and guest satisfaction.
The team will operate from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, with additional support from North American agents in the evenings and on Saturdays.
This initiative is part of Azamara’s commitment to the European market and strategic efforts to improve services and support for their travel partners.
