Pre-tax profits at the Garvey family-owned retail and hotel group declined by 40pc to €4.79m.
Revenues marginally increased from €141.63m to €144.96m in the 12 months to January 14, 2023.
The acquisition of Base Hotel in Dingle contributed €405,833 in revenues, and the directors are satisfied with the overall trading performance of the business. The group also operates Dingle Skellig and Benner hotels.
