IHG Hotels & Resorts plans to add two hotels in Belfast: Staybridge Suites Belfast and voco Belfast (formerly Radisson Blu Hotel Belfast), part of plans to add 1,000 rooms across England and Ireland with the signing of nine properties.
Existing Hotel Brooklyn properties in Leicester and Manchester will be reflagged under the voco brand.
Other forthcoming properties include voco Salisbury, Hotel Indigo Gloucester, voco The Clifton Folkestone, Holiday Inn Wrexham, and Holiday Inn Express Reading Oxford Road.
IHG currently operates 353 hotels in England K and Ireland with 20 under development.
IHG will open its first “first lifecycle net zero carbon hotel” in 2025 with voco Zeal Exeter Science Park.
