Porto Cruise Terminal says 2023 was its busiest year, with a total of 116 cruise calls.
Passenger numbers increased by 37pc compared to the previous year and 27pc compared to 2018.
The majority of visitors came from England, USA, Germany, Canada, and Australia.
October was the busiest month in terms of passenger numbers, and May, September, and October were the peak months for cruise activity.
