The Irish Food Writing Awards 2025, held on 13 November in Dublin’s RDS, celebrate excellence in Irish food and drink writing, photography, and media.
Butlers Chocolates sponsors the Food and Drink Magazine Award, judged by Guardian columnist Felicity Cloake. The awards, in their fifth year, are judged by leading UK and international media for impartiality.
Butlers Chocolates, established in 1932, uses sustainably sourced cocoa and solar power for over 25pc of its energy needs. Categories are updated annually to reflect the evolving landscape of food and drink content.
Aisling Walsh of Butlers Chocolates shared: “We are thrilled to partner with the Irish Food Writing Awards this year. Food and Drink magazine writers play such an important role in supporting Ireland’s producers and we are delighted to sponsor this award to honour this year’s lucky recipient.”
Suzanne Campbell shared: “It is such a coup to have Butlers Chocolates on board as a sponsor. Their values align perfectly with the work of the Irish writers and journalists working in food and drink that we celebrate through these awards. There may even be some sweet treats on the Awards night!”
