The Carnival Radiance responded to a distress call from the US Coast Guard and successfully rescued 25 people stranded aboard a small boat off the Pacific coast of Mexico on Saturday.

While sailing towards Ensenada, Mexico, the ship was rerouted by the Coast Guard to the location of the distressed vessel, where the rescue was swiftly carried out, bringing all 25 individuals, including three children, safely on board the Carnival Radiance.

The ship’s team provided immediate assistance to the rescued group, offering food, water, medical aid, and coordinating a rendezvous with Coast Guard officials.

Despite the rescue operation, the Carnival Radiance’s three-day cruise from Long Beach, California, remained on schedule, with the ship continuing its journey as planned.
