CitizenM has topped out its first property in Dublin, set to open in 2025. The 245-room citizenM Dublin St Patrick’s will be located on the former Molyneux House site opposite St Patrick’s Cathedral.
The new-build property retains the facade of Molyneux House and will include a ground floor ‘Living Room’ with a 24-hour canteen bar, self-check-in area, Vitra furniture, and four meeting spaces.
The hotel will feature XL king-size beds, free wifi, rain showers, and a citizenM app to control room features such as temperature, blinds, and lights.
The property has sustainable elements to achieve BREEAM Excellent standards, including a solar water collector and renewable electricity. Gilbert-Ash is the construction firm overseeing the project.
