Corinthia Hotels is planning a new hotel and serviced apartments in a 500-metre-high development on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, featuring a unique cantilevered sky lobby over 200 metres high.

The project is in partnership with Dubai General Properties and will be situated near the Museum of the Future, which opened in 2022.

Confirmed amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, spa facilities, five restaurants and bars, a private members’ club, and event spaces, with the hotel aiming to have the world’s highest outdoor sky pool.

This marks Corinthia’s first property in Dubai, following their earlier withdrawal from a different project at Meydan Beach in 2021, and comes alongside the upcoming opening of Corinthia Grand Hotel du Boulevard in Bucharest.
