Curragh Racecourse reveals details of Tattersalls Irish Guineas Weekend May 23-24

  • The Highstool Prophets have performed at the Saturday Afterparty in Champions Hall.

The Curragh Racecourse has revealed details of the Tattersalls Irish Guineas Weekend which opens the 2026 Irish Classics. The event has taken place on 23 May and 24 May with the Irish 2000 Guineas and Irish 1000 Guineas. The Ashford Castle Style Icon Award has returned for the season.

World-class racing has featured elite equine talent at Ireland’s home of flat racing. The Saturday programme has included the Tattersalls Irish 2000 Guineas while Sunday has brought the Tattersalls Irish 1000 Guineas and the Tattersalls Gold Cup. Entertainment has extended to the Saturday night Afterparty with The Highstool Prophets performing in Champions Hall.
