
Dalata Hotel Group has announced plans for its sixth hotel in London, a new 4-star Clayton Hotel set to be developed on Old Broad Street, enhancing its portfolio to 1,030 rooms across the city.
The hotel, located on the Tower 42 Estate, will feature 154 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, and gym, with an opening anticipated in the second half of 2028, pending planning approval.
Designed as an all-electric building incorporating advanced heat pump technology, the hotel aims for a BREEAM excellent accreditation and is ideally situated near major transport hubs, including Liverpool Street and Bank Stations.
This new development aligns with Dalata’s Vision 2030 strategy, showcasing their growth through leasing, acquisitions, and developments in key markets, with London identified as a significant target for expansion.
