Lord Mayor of Dublin Daithí de Róiste will officially launch two Christmas Markets today, one at Temple Bar and the second at Henry Street and Mary Street.
The Temple Bar Christmas Market will be held at Meeting House Square, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, starting at 11:00am. The Henry Street and Mary Street Christmas Market will be located on Henry Street, near the Moore Street junction, Dublin 1, starting at 12:00pm.
The Henry Street/Mary Street Christmas Market will have 51 stalls and will run seven days a week from 10am to 9pm, ending on Christmas Eve. The Temple Bar Christmas Market will feature new traders, outdoor dining spaces, festive entertainment, and more. The Moore St Market will also offer Christmas entertainment, including performances by the Garda Band, the Discovery Gospel Choir, the Ukulele Orchestra, and the Christmas at Moore St Market Live Show.
