Examiners have been appointed to two companies controlled by businessman Colm Wu, including Mulligan & Haines gastropub in Dublin’s Dame Street.
An independent expert report suggests that Mr. Wu may not fully understand his directorial duties and obligations, with several serious issues being identified.
