FERGUS Group plans expansion outside traditional Balearics base

FERGUS Group reported €210m in revenue for summer 2025, a third higher than the previous year, with 90pc occupancy in July and August.

Seven new hotels opened, including FERGUS Style Punta Arabí in Ibiza, featuring clifftop views and the Hippy Market Punta Arabí. Future plans include opening FERGUS Style Palma Beach in October 2025 and three new projects in Cala Major by 2027, with a €17m investment.

The group’s sustainability efforts include a programme with Fundación ASPAS for impaired employee integration and a €250,000 investment in energy efficiency. The tent Hotels brand offers a “Bed & Unlimited Brunch” model with a digitalised guest journey, targeting experience-driven travellers.
