Plans have been submitted for a 4-star hotel with 35 bedrooms and a 200-seat entertainment venue, Baby Vicar, at Hanover Quay in Dublin 2.
The innovative design features a two-storey glass box by PRC Architecture, which will partially oversail the protected structure at 9 Hanover Quay, where businessman Harry Crosbie resides.
Baby Vicar is envisioned as a community hub, hosting a variety of events including weddings, podcasts, and live performances, aimed at enhancing the cultural offering of Dublin.
The re-submitted planning application, due for a decision in April 2025, addresses initial technical issues and is expected to stimulate local economic activity and employment in the waterfront area.
