
Hilton plans to expand its mobile messaging platform to all 7,000 hotels globally by the end of the year.
The partnership with Kipsu has allowed guests to send messages via various channels, and this feature will now be available across Hilton’s entire portfolio.
Last year, 3,618 Hilton properties using Kipsu facilitated 10.5m conversations and 70pc of guests found that messaging improved their overall stay experience.
