The culinary concept aims to blend authenticity with exploration, showcasing local traditions and ingredients sourced from regional supply chains.
Dining spaces, including the restaurant Felice al Gabrielli and K Lounge Bar, are designed to provide an exceptional all-day dining experience with a focus on local flavours.
The Terrazza Gabrielli on the sixth floor offers panoramic views of the lagoon, serving traditional Venetian cicchetti and expertly crafted signature cocktails.
Salvatore Pisani, Area General Manager Venezia, states that the culinary experience reflects a connection to local traditions and embodies understated elegance in hospitality.
