House Hotel in Galway City could acquire 20 new rooms under plans lodged to Galway City Council.
The Choice Hotel Group has applied for planning permission for the expansion into an adjacent building on Flood Street and New Dock Street.
The development proposal includes converting a residential house into 20 hotel rooms, consisting of internal modifications and the conversion of roof space.
Plans also feature an external glazed link between the two buildings, along with fire escape stairs and modifications to existing structures.
