IHG Hotels & Resorts will open its first European property under the Holiday Inn & Suites brand in Budapest.
The hotel will be located in Budapest’s XIV district, above a metro station and near popular event venues.
The hotel is set to open in late 2026 and will feature 170 keys, including long-stay suites with kitchenettes. It will also include facilities such as an Open Lobby, restaurant, bar, meeting room, and fitness centre.
This expansion follows the introduction of several extended stay brands by other hotel chains in the past year.
