Visitor numbers to Ireland from Germany in January are up 43.2pc on January 2025 and down -33.4pc on pre-pandemic Germany is traditionally Ireland’s third largest inbound market but outbound travel from Germany has been slower to recover since pandemic than Europe’s other larger markets. Irleand has an 0.8pc share of the German outbound market.
