
Kelly’s Resort Hotel in Rosslare Strand, Co Wexford, has announced the appointment of Philip Brazil has been appointed as the new executive chef and the return of Grace Kelly to the family business after completing her Master’s Degree in hospitality management at École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
Grace’s expertise in food and beverage will enhance the hotel’s culinary offerings, contributing to its 130-year tradition of excellence.
Philip Brazil takes over from Eugene Callaghan, who has played a crucial role in establishing the hotel’s culinary reputation over the past 15 years.
Mr Brazil brings extensive experience and aims to introduce innovative culinary concepts while maintaining the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
The hotel continues to focus on sustainable practices, emphasising farm-to-table dining using ingredients from Kelly’s Kitchen Garden, ensuring memorable dining experiences for guests.
