KLM has completed the installation of Premium Comfort seating on 54 aircraft, including all of its Boeing 777 and 787 models, aimed at improving the premium economy travel experience.

The Premium Comfort cabins are configured with 21 to 28 seats, providing passengers with up to 18 cm more legroom, reclining features, in-seat power, and a 13.3-inch in-flight entertainment screen.

Additionally, KLM has upgraded its 777 fleet to include the latest World Business Class seats, featuring sliding doors for privacy, direct aisle access, and fully flat beds.

Feedback from passengers has been overwhelmingly positive, particularly highlighting enhanced comfort and better meal options, demonstrating the effective implementation of this new seating category.
