Radisson Hotel Group has promoted County Down born Suzanne Speak to Managing Director Britain & Ireland.
Suzanne Speak joined Radisson Hotel Group in February 2021 as the Cluster General Manager for Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester Airport and Park Inn by Radisson Manchester City Centre, bringing 26 years of experience in the industry.
In her role, Suzanne has played a key part in the success of both properties, showcasing expertise in hotel general and cluster management, overseeing openings, acquisitions, as well as managing sporting stadiums, major events, and leisure complexes.
Suzanne’s promotion now extends her oversight to the Radisson Hotel Group’s Britain and Ireland portfolio, where she aims to deliver exceptional service to guests and stakeholders.
Recognized for her innovative business approach, leadership style, and commitment to excellence, Suzanne was awarded the prestigious title of 2023 Radisson Hotel Group General Manager of the Year, having completed courses in coaching, mentoring, and real estate development within the company.
