Josh Weinstein, CEO of Carnival Corporation, said the recent escalation in the Middle East has not yet had any discernible impact on the company’s business operations.
During the Q2 2025 earnings call, Weinstein mentioned that only a couple of ships would potentially have itinerary changes due to their base in Dubai later this year and into 2026.
The company has mitigation plans in place and is currently evaluating the situation to make timely decisions.
“The escalation of the past two weeks, culminating over the last few days, has been swift. While we certainly hope for a quick and peaceful resolution, it has not yet had any discernible impact on our business. We really only have a couple of ships at the very end of this year and for the winter, a few months into 2026, that would potentially have their itineraries impacted.”
