O’Callaghan Collection, a family-run hotel group, plans to develop a large extension to The Alex Hotel in Dublin city centre.
The proposed extension would include an eight-storey overground floor with conference rooms, a spa, and staff facilities.
The development would also involve the demolition of the existing ‘Hospitality House’ office building.
O’Callaghan Collection declined to comment on the expansion plans, which aim to further enhance their hotel portfolio in Dublin and Gibraltar.
