Old Tramore Hotel site to be redeveloped as apartments

Planning for the redevelopment of the former Old Tramore Hotel site is currently under review by the Waterford City and County Council.

The proposal includes the construction of duplex apartment buildings on Strand Street in Tramore. Cosmo Developments Newtown Ltd submitted their application for planning permission on June 10, 2023.

The council shared: “A request for further information has delayed the decision on the proposed plans. Cosmo Developments Newtown Ltd submitted the plans to Waterford City and County Council on June 10 this year.”
