Palladium has anticipated rates rising eight to nine per cent in July and August 2026 with occupancy near 80 per cent. The hotel group has performed strongly during the peak summer season. The rate increases have reflected the wider trend in the Spanish hospitality sector.
The company’s performance has demonstrated the resilience of demand in the premium hotel sector. Higher travel demand and rising operational costs have driven price increases across the industry. Palladium’s occupancy levels have remained robust despite the higher rates.
The hotel group has focused on high-margin luxury and premium bookings as part of its corporate strategy. Other operators including RIU, Sercotel and Hesperia have also forecast solid revenue increases driven mainly by tariff improvements.
