Seamus Regan and Seamus Gibbons on behalf of Leitrim Village Development Committee lodged an application to convert a two-storey semi-detached dwelling into a community and tourism hub at Tullylannan.
The hub includes a public tourism information office, public showers and WCs, and an open plan meeting room with public kitchen.
Four ensuite double bed short stay tourism accommodation units form part of the facility.
