On the day Qatar were named best airline in the world for the ninth time, Qatar Airways has partnered with French chef Yannick Alléno, arguably the best chef in the world and holder of 17 Michelin stars across 19 restaurants, to enhance inflight and lounge dining.
Alléno’s bespoke menus, featuring ingredient-led cooking and fermentation, will debut for First and Business Class passengers on select Paris-Doha flights.
A Pavyllon restaurant, with counter seating facing an open kitchen, will open in Qatar Airways’ First Class Lounge at Hamad International Airport in Doha.
Qatar Airways’ lounges at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport will offer exclusive Alléno creations, though specific details remain undisclosed as of 18 June 2025.
The airline aims to elevate its premium dining experience, following trends seen in partnerships like Air France’s collaboration with Daniel Boulud starting in July 2025.
