The refurbishment of RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin is almost complete, adding 16 new rooms and refurbishing nearly all 404 rooms.
The property’s electrical consumption now features 100pc from renewable sources as part of RIU Hotels & Resorts’ sustainability strategy.
Other facilities at the four-star hotel include Toddy’s Restaurant, Writer’s Lounge bar, fitness centre, and 11 meeting and events spaces.
RIU Plaza brand is expanding further with future openings in Chicago, Toronto, and a third property in New York.
