Executive Chef Sean Hunter from the Guinness Storehouse has been named Aramark Ireland’s Chef of the Year 2024.
The competition showcased the talents of nine chefs from Aramark Ireland through cooking challenges.
Participants were tasked with creating a vegan starter and a main course featuring wild Irish game.
Sean Hunter won the competition with his impressive two-course meal, featuring an organic beetroot ‘Tartare’ starter and a curried Wicklow sika deer main course.
