
Shannon Airport has renewed its contract with Collins Aerospace for the ARINC cMUSE solution, allowing resident airlines to continue using the cloud-based passenger processing system.
Collins has been providing passenger processing solutions to Shannon Airport since 2007, partnering with Amazon Web Services to enable airline partners to share resources rather than having dedicated infrastructure.
The long-term relationship between Shannon Airport and Collins has ensured that the cMUSE solution meets the airport’s evolving needs, providing a stable and high-performing passenger processing service.
The ARINC cMUSE solution is flexible and adaptable, able to integrate with various other passenger processing solutions to optimize airport and airline operations, including self-service check-in, biometric identity management, and baggage messaging.
