Six Senses has signed a hotel management agreement with AUla Development Company to open a new property in Saudi Arabia.

The new property, Six Senses AlUla, is expected to welcome its first guests in 2027 and will be located in a beautiful natural oasis with palm groves and red-sandstone cliffs.

The hotel will feature 100 guest villas and 25 residences designed to blend with the natural landscape. It will offer unique dining experiences, including a restaurant set within the natural rock formations featuring ancient rock drawings.

Six Senses has announced that Six Senses Southern Dunes, The Red Sea, another property in Saudi Arabia, has started accepting guest bookings and will become the first hotel to open in the mega The Red Sea development.
