The 2025 Skytrax World Airline Awards have been announced at the Paris Air Show, recognizing excellence across various categories based on a global customer satisfaction survey conducted from August 2024 to April 2025.

- World’s Best Business Class: Qatar Airways
- World’s Best Business Class Airline Lounge: Qatar Airways
- Best Airline in the Middle East: Qatar Airways
- World’s Best Cabin Crew: Singapore Airlines
- World’s Best First Class: Singapore Airlines
- Best Airline in Asia: Singapore Airlines
- World’s Best Economy Class: Cathay Pacific
- World’s Best Low-Cost Airline: AirAsia
- Best Airline in North America: Air Canada
- Best Airline in Africa: Ethiopian Airlines
- Best Airline in Europe: Turkish Airlines
- Best Airline in India / South Asia: IndiGo
- World’s Most Improved Airline: Saudia
- World’s Best Regional Airline: Bangkok Airways
The awards are based on votes from approximately 22.3 million travelers across over 100 countries, covering more than 325 airlines. The survey was conducted independently by Skytrax, with no entry or registration fees for airlines.
The 2025 awards ceremony took place at the Salle des Huit Colonnes in the Air and Space Museum at Le Bourget, during the Paris Air Show (June 16–22, 2025). Over 400 guests, including airline executives and crew, attended the event.
Categories like Best First Class Catering (Air France), Best Independent Airport Lounge (Plaza Premium), and Best Airline Alliance (Star Alliance) were also announced. In all there were 70 award categories. Turkish airlines was also awarded World’s Best Business Class Onboard Catering and Best Airline in Southern Europe.
