SWISS introduces signature cocktail for premium cabins

SWISS introduces its first signature cocktail for premium long-haul cabins starting next month.

Titled SWISS Alpine Essence, the cocktail blends dry white vermouth, elderflower syrup, crème de menthe, and citrus notes.

Created by award-winning bartender Sarah Madritsch and Zurich’s IGNIV by Andreas Caminada Bar.

The drink will debut in first and business class from July, with plans to feature it in the buy-on-board service later this year.

“We wanted to offer SWISS travellers a genuine taste experience that combines lightness with all the freshness of the Alps,” shared Madritsch.
