Trabolgan Holiday Village saw pre-tax profits increase more than threefold to €7.49m in the past year, driven by record revenues of €12.85m, partly due to providing accommodation to Ukrainians.
The holiday village will remain closed for financial year 2024 and reopen to the public in 2025 after extensive renovations, with reopening scheduled for Spring/Summer 2025.
The company’s balance sheet significantly improved, with shareholder funds nearly doubling to €13.99m and cash funds increasing to €2.2m.
Future developments include extending services to purchase and sell mobile homes, with anticipated additional revenues for 2024 and 2025 due to holiday homes being used for housing purposes until February 2025.
