The Viking Hotel Waterford received an official 4 star classification from Fáilte Ireland.
The hotel’s owners, the Kelly family, invested in a transformation of the property. The refurbishment included redesigned guest bedrooms and upgraded conference spaces. General Manager Karen Dollery credited the team’s hard work and service culture. The hotel also held Fáilte Ireland Employer Excellence and Great Place to Work certifications.
