The new app replaced the previous version with fresh architecture rather than incremental updates.
Features included integrated AI concierge booking tools seat selection meal requests check-in and boarding pass storage.
Flying Club members accessed points balances tier progress and account management directly within the app.
Passport scanning underwent refinement for faster document entry alongside live notifications for journey updates.
The airline positioned the app as a personal travel companion from booking through to arrival.
