Whitbread PLC, the London based hospitality group, plans to open a new Premier Inn hotel in Dublin’s Sandyford Business District.
The hotel will have 150 bedrooms and will be located on a site currently occupied by The Wall Climbing Gym.
The company intends to submit a planning application for the hotel, which will be located close to Carmanhall Road and Beacon South Quarter shopping centre.
Whitbread already operates four Premier Inn hotels in Dublin city centre and a large hotel near Dublin Airport, and aims to expand its presence in other locations across Ireland.
